The Jersey City Planning Board granted Final Site Plan Amendment Approval for the project. The new development will consist of a 57-story mixed-use building which will include a residential tower, 35,000 SF school, retail/commercial space and site improvements around the existing Paulus Hook Tower. The Jersey City Planning Board approved upgrades to three outdoor amenity spaces, including two public parks and one private resident garden.

The Manalapan Planning Board granted preliminary site plan approval for the 120-acre mixed-use development located on Route 33 and Milhurst Rd. in Manalapan Township. Manalapan Crossing includes 200,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurant, and office development, 280 age-restricted single-family residential homes, special needs housing, and an extensive array of site amenities for residents and visitors alike.
