From the beginning, Tom has spearheaded Melillo ▪ Bauer ▪ Carman’s continued growth to become one of the most active and esteemed firms in the northeast.   Passion and personality, coupled with his vision, creative design skills, and leadership ability, have earned him the reputation as one of the most respected and prominent professionals in the field of Landscape Architecture.  Tom embraces every challenge with vigor believing that there is an innovative design solution to every problem, no matter the degree of difficulty.  In an active family of swimmers, baseball players, surfers and cyclists there is no time to rest in the Bauer family.  Life is good…..WE ARE!

What you probably didn't know:

Tom wrote, produced and starred in the award winning film entitled “Putting A Spin on the Earth”. The film was awarded the nationally acclaimed Orchid Award for its lively and interactive presentation of the Art and Science of Landscape Architecture to school aged children.
