A Jersey Shore native, Sara grew up in the restaurant industry, traveling up and down the east coast managing several different restaurant concepts before deciding to settle back in revitalized Asbury Park, NJ. Having transitioned into a much friendlier work schedule as Melillo Bauer Carman’s Billing Coordinator, Sara now has more time to enjoy weekends on the beach, concerts, Giant’s games, and trying to cuddle (instead of eating) farm animals.
