The Rivington

A decades-old residential apartment complex sitting upon a capped brownfield site was re-imagined to create a desirable community for today’s young, urban professionals. The street level, residential courtyard was fully transformed and designed with an updated, contemporary industrial flair.Several outdoor rooms were created throughout the courtyard including such amenities as lounge areas, gathering spaces, movie wall, grilling and dining spaces. The entire courtyard is landscaped with an extensive palette of plant material for dramatic seasonal color.
