The riverside walkway recalls a train route that cut through the site, linking it to Newark’s industrial age of yesteryear. Lush, colorful landscapes and linear pathways outline the spaces in each of the courtyard amenity areas. The courtyard provides several amenities including a pool, outdoor dining opportunities, fire pits, an expansive lawn, gathering nooks, a dog run, and amphitheater space for outdoor events. This new rental opportunity is teeming with the outdoor living opportunities that are so necessary during these times.
