Staten Island Urby

Located on the North shore of the New Stapleton Waterfront, the community is part of a New York City Economic Development Corporation led initiative to activate a 35-acre swath of land which includes improvements to open-space, housing, schools, infrastructure and transportation. The site sits in close proximity to mass transportation, including the trains, ferry and bus services. The community itself includes a pedestrian promenade with surface parking, various retail & dining locations, with direct access to the waterfront and lower-level residential parking contained within the building.

The amenity centric building is designed with a newer model of urban living which provides smaller, light-filled, open floor plan apartments with plenty of storage. Similar to the various interior amenities, the 2nd floor amenity terrace extends the interior space into the outdoors. This terrace provides elements such as a raised pool terrace, firepits, private terraces, play area, lawn areas, terraced seating steps and community garden plots, which are all situated amongst lush planting to make residents feel right at home.
