This oceanfront mixed-use retail, entertainment and residential community is the focal point for the redevelopment effort in Long Branch NJ. Construction, to date, has included the oceanfront boardwalk, retail colonnade, restaurants, boutique hotel, residential homes and public open spaces. Improvements currently under construction will feature a second, iconic boutique hotel with a unique rooftop pool and bar; residential homes and associated rooftop amenity deck featuring private terraces, an expansive pool, lounge spaces, grilling areas, kids play area and lush planted areas; and a Public Boardwalk including a 42-foot carousel, performance stage, public restrooms, beach access and concessions.
