This century-old warehouse building encompasses almost an entire city block and has been redeveloped as modern residential loft apartments while maintaining its original distinct character and historical industrial appearance. Atop the historic structure, several roof decks offer a variety of amenities including outdoor kitchens, lounge seating, outdoor televisions and fire pits, game tables, a dog run, and an outdoor movie theater with amphitheater seating and a multi-purpose, synthetic lawn panel. The use of ipe decking contrasts with the industrial feel of corrugated metal panels. Original mechanical elements, such as the heavy steel freight elevator doors and gears, were strategically placed as rooftop artwork, creating an interesting and immersive setting.
