The streetscape’s main feature is Magnolia Plaza, a truly urban space that offers vehicular and pedestrian connections to the PATH station while accommodating bus, delivery truck and security operations in addition to community gatherings.
Drawing heavily from the building’s architecture, the design of Journal Squared’s streetscape is just as vibrant when viewed from the extensive rooftop amenity spaces. Featuring two outdoor pools, outdoor grilling and dining, lounge spaces with fire tables, and a substantial dog run, the rooftops of Journal Squared offer multiple recreational opportunities that embrace the expansive views of Manhattan’s skyline and the urban fabric of NJ.
