Flanked by a high-rise, mixed-use office, hotel and retail development, the 1.5-acre green roof Plaza is directly accessible to Speedwell Avenue and opposite the landmark Morristown Green. Headquarters Plaza is now the gem of downtown Morristown, and the native plant palette is already attracting pollinators that have not been seen in the Plaza for decades!
A shared public space benefits patrons and employees of the adjacent mixed-use complex as well as the general public. A multi-purpose design offers an outdoor respite, while also creating a unique venue for special events including farmers markets, movie nights, arts and crafts shows, as well as weddings, holiday gatherings, and even live concerts.
