Melillo + Bauer Associates is pleased to announce that Roseland Residential Trust has received Planning Board approval for 25 Christopher Columbus Drive!
The Jersey City Planning Board granted Final Site Plan Amendment Approval for the project. The new development will consist of a 57-story mixed-use building which will include a residential tower, 35,000 SF school, retail/commercial space and site improvements around the existing Paulus Hook Tower. The 750-unit residential tower will offer numerous interior amenities for its residents, along with a 471 space parking garage, street level public plaza, 3rd floor dog run and 9th floor amenity terrace.
